General Policy

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Final sale items
  • Items that have been worn or altered

Return Process

  • Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@dumaijewelry.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: You will receive an approval or rejection response from our customer service team.
  • Shipping the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. The original item must still be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@dumaijewelry.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a full refund or replacement.
